The mission of Nathan’s work is to make schools more fulfilling places to work, where educators are dedicated to the success and health of their colleagues, their students, and themselves.
This website is a meeting place for educators to discuss issues that are important to them.
As a former teacher, I’ve seen first-hand the issues that educators face every day. I hope that by keeping this website, I can share some insights (as well as a sense of humor) on teacher job satisfaction and school climate, and spark conversation about how to improve our schools.
